Return Process

  Log into your StarTech account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific item.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box and include all original components such as cables and remote controls.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
