Orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available for 1-2 day delivery.
What is your return policy for opened tech products?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer technical support for hardware installation?

Are the products on StarTech brand new or refurbished?
Unless clearly labeled as 'Certified Refurbished' in the product title, all items sold on StarTech are 100% brand new and factory-sealed.
